Walk in clients are limited based on office capacity at the time of arrival. Signage on the doors will instruct the client how to gain entry of the office via cell phone.
In event the current office capacity does not allow social distancing. The specialist will gather client’s information including their cell phone number and email and ask them to wait outside or in their car.
Once the office allows for proper social distancing, which could be as soon as the current family leaves; They will be notified by the text system or by phone that they can come into the office. Wait times can be within an approximate 10 minutes or a half hour wait.
In office, clients and specialist will be keeping with safe boundaries and measures for social distancing.
AHS will follow CDC guidelines for client’s contact as well as in office. When clients arrive at the office, signs posted at the entrance will indicate that clients should reschedule if they have been sick, exposed or have a temperature prior entering the office. Signage will also request a mask be worn during the appointment and the mask must cover the mouth and nose. Children over 4 are required to have a mask as well. Additionally, sanitizing stations will be available for use prior to an appointment next to the entryway.
Upon entry, staff will greet appointments holders and complete a healthy checklist. Questions include:

(Fever or chills, Cough, Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, Fatigue, Muscle or body aches, Headache, Recent loss of taste or smell, Sore throat, Congestion, Nausea or vomiting, Diarrhea)
